Your Discount Dental Plan can be utilized the day of activation. Just show the participating dental provider your Member ID Card and they will be able to check your eligibility and honor the discounted rate according to the fee schedule of your plan.
Yes, but only if your dental insurance offers reimbursement for the procedures you paid at the time of the visit. Please contact your dental insurance provider to find out if this option is available to you. Only in this case the discounts offered by our discount dental plans may be used along with your dental insurance for even more savings on your dental care. Please consult with a participating dentist or dental care specialist before beginning treatment to verify if they can coordinate a discount plan with your current insurance.
You must be at least 18 years or older to purchase a discount dental plan. However, there are no age maximums.
Yes. We currently offer to accept payment in full ($180) for 1-Year plan membership fee or you can choose to pay monthly ($18 monthly) by allowing us to charge your Credit/Debit Card automatically. The Discount Dental Plan was specifically designed only for participating doctors who are in contract with and have been screened and approved by OnSite Providers, LLC which provides mobile dental services. Plan members will not receive discounts on dental care when visiting an out-of-network provider.
To access your membership information online, simply log in to the Member’s Area with the Email Address and Password entered during the membership process. Once logged in to your Member’s Area, you will be able to view and print your permanent membership card, and invoice. Your Member’s Area will also include a complete discounted fee schedule and information on additional discounts. Members may also request to receive their membership package in the mail.

Discount Dental Plan is compliant with all HIPPA regulations. The HIPPA policy is available on our website, or can be mailed upon Member’s request.
No. The provider receives the full discounted fee from the member at the time services are rendered.
The contract between Dental Discount Plan and the Member is for 1 Year and can be cancelled within 15 days after New Member Application is submitted. Also, after the anniversary date the contract will be automatically renewed unless the Member notifies Discount Dental Plan of his/her decision not to renew within15 days before the anniversary date. Same discount will apply but only to emergency rates. Emergency services may or may not be contracted with the Dental Discount Plan, LLC.
